OK so I conned two other people into helping me run this thing so it's happening.

You might be wondering what this is about. Go check out my post on rotators for more.

Topic

"Websites I have known and loved." Please don't write about cohost. I know, me too. But I thought, as coordinator this time, that we should try to focus on cool stuff online we can all share with one another.

Who

You. Yes you! This one is open to anybody.

How much

As a result, we're capping the entries around 1500 words. This is a soft cap, don't stress too much about it. Future issues may go longer with fewer participants.

I reserve the right to "close" submissions if you all inundate me with amazing pieces. Check the front page / announcement page for status.

Submit

I'm the first editor, so email me your piece. Check the front page for contact info.

Limits

None of the more egregious internet shit, right? No snuff stuff, no nazi garbage, no terf shit. Nazis, alt-right, and general haters need not apply. Porn's ok.

Formatting

Please provide a markdown file, or paste markdown into your submission. Also provide any relevant content warnings up front, if any. Link to your own site, blog, social media account, or what have you, in the post, if you want to be linked. You totally should! I just don't want to go insane tracking people down basically lol.

Logistics

We may end up with a website soon, but as of writing, this issue will be available on my neocities, and everyone can link to it. The following one will be on the next editor's site, and so on.

Timeline

Submissions may close early if we get a lot of work, but the formal deadline is October 28. We're looking to release the first issue on November 1.
